3. Description of Service

myslf.ai provides AI-powered visual transformation tools that allow users to upload images for processing, apply face-swapping and visual transformation, and download processed results.

4. User Responsibilities and Consent

By uploading content to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the uploaded content, or have obtained all necessary permissions
• You have explicit consent from all individuals depicted in the uploaded images
• Your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights

You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded content and generated results. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Illegal content: Uploading, creating, or distributing content that violates any applicable law
• Non-consensual content: Creating or using images of individuals without their explicit consent
• Minors: Uploading or creating content involving individuals under 18 years of age
• Harassment or harm: Creating content intended to harass, defame, or harm others
• Impersonation: Creating deceptive content to impersonate others for fraudulent purposes
• Intellectual property violation: Using copyrighted or trademarked content without authorization
• Service abuse: Attempting to reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

7. No Storage Policy

We do not store your content. All uploaded images and generated outputs are:

• Processed in real-time for the requested transformation
• Deleted shortly after processing is complete
• Never retained, archived, or backed up
• Not accessible to us after your session ends

Users are responsible for saving and backing up any results they wish to keep.

8. NSFW Content Policy

The Service allows NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content under the following conditions:

• All individuals depicted must be 18 years or older
• Content must be legal in your jurisdiction
• All individuals depicted have provided explicit consent
• Content must be for private, personal use only

We do not review or moderate uploaded content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and these terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, myslf.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Any content created, distributed, or used by users of the Service

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myslf.ai, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or create using the Service
• Any unauthorized use of identity images

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected illegal activity
• Service abuse or security concerns

15. Privacy and Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Images are not stored after processing
• Your data is not used to train AI models
• Minimal logging for security and debugging only

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon:

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

How to Submit a Notice

To allow us to act on your notice, please include:

• A description of the content at issue and, where possible, the URL or other identifier where it appeared.
• Your relationship to the content (e.g., copyright owner, depicted person, authorized representative).
• A clear statement of what you are requesting.
• Your contact information for our response.
• For DMCA notices: a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, together with your physical or electronic signature.

What We Do Not Store

Consistent with Section 7 (No Storage Policy), images submitted to and produced by the Service are processed ephemerally and automatically deleted. We do not maintain a persistent archive of user-submitted images or generated outputs and have no ability to retrieve, search, or produce images that have already been processed.

Records of payment transactions, account registrations, and abuse-detection metadata are retained separately and may be available in response to a valid legal request.

If your notice concerns a specific image, please understand that the image itself is unlikely to exist on our systems. We will respond in good faith with what information we are able to confirm.

Our Response

We acknowledge receipt of notices sent to legal@myslf.ai within a reasonable time, typically within 72 hours during U.S. business days.

Where a notice identifies content that is still accessible on a myslf.ai surface and the notice is facially valid, we will remove access to that content promptly. Because the Service does not store generated outputs, "removal" in this context typically refers to disabling a public URL, removing a reference, or preventing future reproduction rather than deletion of a stored file.

For suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we cooperate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We do not require a formal notice from a third party to act on credible signals from our automated safety systems.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and myslf.ai regarding the use of the Service.
